Equip: Healing an ally or damaging an enemy has a 30% chance to grant 2892 Mastery for 6 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 20 seconds.

With Alacrity Guild Perk:
• 1.4 GCD = 560

Augments
When reaching a preferred Alacrity GCD, all augments should be Advanced Critical.
